Bolu Tree Nursery

Bolu Tree Nursery guarantees that our trees arrive to you alive, in good condition and that your shipment is, in fact, what you ordered. If the trees arrive damaged, dry or the order is incorrect, then we will replace the trees at no additional charge. To request replacement of any part of an order, Customer must contact Bolu Tree Nursery within 5 days of Receiving Said Order.  However, Bolu Tree Nursery Reserves the right to refuse replacement of any order at Any time.

Dormant trees-We consider trees that we ship in winter and early spring that do not have leaves “Dormant”. We will guarantee that dormant trees, if planted in a timely manner after receipt, will bud out and grow leaves by June 15. If they do not, we will replace the tree if customer pays for shipping of the new tree. 

We do not guarantee that we will have appropriate replacement in stock at a specific time. If we do not have a replacement immediately in stock, we will send one the following fall/ Winter.

Actively Growing Trees- We consider trees that we ship with green Leaves “actively Growing”. Once the trees are actively growing, we  guarantee that they will arrive to you alive,  in good condition, with a moist root system and not damaged. Beyond that, we do not provide any guarantee on survival. The customer is responsible for proper care and survival once the tree arrives.
