Yates Apple

Yates is a strong growing apple here in the south. Disease resistance and late drop time make it a popular selection for deer orchards. Expect fruit to hit the ground starting in October and extending in to November. Dolgo and Hewe’s crabapples or Arkansas Black apples should be planted in close proximity for pollination purposes.
