Our Asian Persimmon package includes one of each of the 4 most popular varieties we carry: Fuyu, Matsumoto, Jiro and Saijo. With a variety, you will experience an extended harvest season and enjoy the subtle taste variations. Saijo is an astringent variety, meaning they must ripen before they are fit to eat.
